Motel de la Mer Policies:

All reservations made through this website must be accompanied by valid credit card details. The value of the first nights accommodation will be taken on the day of reservation and the balance will be collected on arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you find it necessary to cancel or amend this reservation please do so with your booking source and please ensure these are in writing and you retain a record. 

NO fees will apply if we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice of any cancellation, prior to your arrival date. Should 48 hours notice NOT be provided, 1 nights accommodation tariff may be debited to credit card held on file.

Please note: Special events and promotional room rates/offers have a no cancellation policy, which means, no refunds or changes permitted unless otherwise stated. Should a registered guest of Motel De La Mer cause a disturbance while on the premises, we have the right to remove you and a refund will not be available.

Credit Card Charges: When paying by credit card a surcharge of 2.5 % will apply to all Visa and Mastercard cards and 3.35 % to Amex. There is no surcharge when paying by cash or Eftpos/Debitcard


Arrival and Departure Times
Check in time is 2pm - 7.30pm (unless by prior arrangement)
Check out time is 7.30am - 10am (unless by prior arrangement)

Special Conditions

  2. Prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected, unless otherwise specified (packages).
  3. Child Policy & Extra Guests: We have two(2) one bedroom suites that are able to accommodate  extra guests. Children under 2 using existing bedding are free.  Children over 2 will incur a $10 charge when using existing bedding.  Children in additional beds are charged at $30 per night.
     

Special Event Reservation/Cancellation Policy
All reservations over a Special Event Period, for example Mission Weekend or Art Deco require a minimum of 50% and up to 100% deposit at the time of booking/confirmation.

Special Event Reservation Cancellations;
Within 45 days, 50% deposit will be retained (non refundable). Within 7 days your credit card will be charged for the balance of your reservation value.

No cooking fish or curry please
Please refrain from cooking strong smelling foods such as curry and fish as the smell lingers and is unpleasant for others who come to stay. Where foods of this nature have been cooked, additional cleaning fee charges may apply.

Charges
Additional charges may apply where damages occur and where odour removal and additional cleaning is required.
